Progress Castlecliff is a community based charitable organisation that has worked to progress improvements in the Castlecliff area of Whanganui since 1994. PCC believes Te Kaihau o Kupe (Castlecliff) is a regional taonga deserving attention and investment. We share that vision with Iwi and acknowledge their guardianship. PCC seeks to build on the potential of Castlecliff and its residents by working with local, regional and central governments and other relevant organisations. We achieve this by:-Seeking a diverse broad membership base with an active publicly elected board of members from the Castlecliff community-Facilitating open consultation with local residents to ensure change is community led and focused.-Supporting individuals and groups to utilize, protect, and develop resources and activities that benefit Castlecliff.-Assisting government bodies to work with Castlecliff residents to implement appropriate community led development through targeted funding.
