About Us
The Manawatū Horowhenua Tararua Diabetes Trust (MHTDT) is a provider of diabetes group education and youth support services.
Established in 2000, we are a non-profit organisation funded by Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora, community donations and grants.
Our staff consists of Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians and Youth Workers who are committed to provide reliable education and support you can trust.
